I am currently at a loss for words. If i could i would post the entire thread of emails with support, who mind you, was not supportive at all. There seems to be a huge shift in seller protection, while the growing ****mer risk is not being dealt with. I have two storefronts on Yaga, This claim is with a recent purchase that was made on my store, where the buyer involved a third party to collect, has made claims. It has been well over a week ( this means the 72hr window for a return or dissatisfactory notes are well past over) ESPECIALLY when the buyer GHOSTED THE STORE! All the advice given by support was to - CONTACT THE BUYER???????? How ? Everything was within terms and conditions of Yaga- but no assistance no email response and A FULL 8 DAYS WAITING FOR MONEY TO BE RELEASED.
