I have a problem with their payment gateway and I need it sorted out before I can make the website live and start accepting payments. I waited 3 days to get a response asking me what the issue is, which I showed them. Then the lady asked me for a number and a time so they can call me. Never got a call and so I sent another email. Now I have to wait another 3 days before someone will respond. Are all payment providers this bad?
