Order and payment done via their website on the 24th Feb 26, one response received via email on the 26/02 stating order will be dispatched and tracking number will be emailed. Up until today 17/03 I have not received any further responses as I emailed them numerous times and their telephone number is unavailable. This is a **** as it was even confirmed by my bank, unfortunately they are unable to get a refund due to regulations
