This is a ****. It’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t heard anything as well as still haven’t gotten my package. I have sent multiple emails to this company and they just keep ignoring me. I want a refund from this company

Order and payment done via their website on the 24th Feb 26, one response received via email on the 26/02 stating order will be dispatched and tracking number will be emailed
Order and payment done via their website on the 24th Feb 26, one response received via email on the 26/02 stating order will be dispatched and tracking number will be emailed. Up until today 17/03 I have not received any further responses as I emailed them numerous times and their telephone number is unavailable. This is a **** as it was even confirmed by my bank, unfortunately they are unable to get a refund due to regulations

Took my money, never delivered — zero communication
Ordered a bra on 25 February — still nothing received. Their contact number doesn't work, the website chat goes unanswered, and I've had no reply to my email either. Do not order from this company. They take your money and don't deliver.
