LUXE SUPPORT
I ordered bra's from Luxe Support on 24/02/2026. Until today 16/04/2026 - nothing received. Their contact number doesn't work. Website chat - unanswered. No reply on several of my emails. PLEASE DO NOT order from this company. They take your money, but don't deliver.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ****
I ORDERED ITEMS ON THE 24 FEBRUARY 2026 R409.82. To date 19/03/2026 I have heard nothing from them except for a delivery notary *** (supposedly getting delivered in 3-5 workdays) which never arrived.

This is a ****. It’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t heard anything as well as still haven’t gotten my package. I have sent multiple emails to this company and they just keep ignoring me. I want a refund from this company

Up until today 17/03 I have not received any further responses as I emailed them numerous times and their telephone number is unavailable. This is a **** as it was even confirmed by my bank, unfortunately they are unable to get a refund due to regulations
