This is a ****. It’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t heard anything as well as still haven’t gotten my package. I have sent multiple emails to this company and they just keep ignoring me. I want a refund from this company
Service is disgusting. I have been waiting 4 hours on the on banking app calling and the phone has been ringing for 2 hours. How are you supposed to trust a bank with your money when this is their service
This is just getting ridiculous now. I have been almost a month now and still have not received as to why the money is not in my account. How long does this take me. The worst bank I have ever dealt with. It’s my money so how are you keeping it.
I have been waiting for a refund and Capitec has still not loaded the money into my account and now even though it is there mess up I need to wait longer and longer for this to be resolved I think this is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been on WhatsApp chat with them for 2 hours now trying to resolve this . It’s unacceptable.
I went through PUDO to send a package door to door. The same day I get an email to say no one was home for them to collect the package but no one called me to say they were here to collect the package. I then email then I get 100 different emails for so many email addresses with no one actually answering my question and then get given a number that says this number does not exist to every number I dial with the courier guy. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have paid alot of money for this service and I am being messed around by these people.
