had a very disappointing experience with Uber Eats. My order was never delivered, and when I contacted the delivery driver to find out what was happening, he was extremely rude on the phone. Instead of helping or explaining the situation, he spoke disrespectfully telling me that his delivered my order on the street and that i will wait for him to come back and made the situation even more frustrating. It’s unacceptable for a customer to wait for food that never arrives and then be treated poorly when asking for an update. This experience showed a lack of professionalism and customer service. I hope Uber Eats addresses this kind of behavior because it reflects badly on the platform.
