We recently had a disappointing experience with a Würth agent in Nelspruit, Christina Breed. In mid-November 2025, she sent promotional brochures to our foreman, which led to our technicians purchasing four toolboxes. Initially, we were informed that five units were in stock. However, only two toolboxes were delivered without issue. We were later told that the remaining two had been sold by a colleague after the order was placed. Since then, we have consistently followed up, but have only received repeated explanations and delays, most recently that stock is still pending arrival via containers. As of 17 March 2026, more than four months later, the outstanding toolboxes have still not been delivered. From a professional sales perspective, if stock cannot be supp**** within a reasonable timeframe, a refund or alternative solution should be offered proactively. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating due to the lack of clear communication, accountability, and resolution. We hope this matter can still be resolved promptly and that future customers receive more reliable service.
