Honest Opinion, very bad services

Submitted a claim through Optivest rep on the 1st of March 2026, yet to receive a response from TRA, whilst I am receiving messages almost daily from the hospitals. I pay on time every month, read good responses from clients saying they got payouts fast, but my experience is very different.
