*Title:* Unauthorised Blutech debit from my RCS account – pensioner, no consent, demand full refund *Review (Blutech):* I am a 67-year-old pensioner. I have an RCS account that simply deducts my monthly Makro instalment; I do *not* receive statements and I do *not* have a smartphone — only an old phone for WhatsApp. I do *not* answer calls except from family because of ****s. In *July 2025* Blutech began debiting my RCS account every month. I only discovered it when my instalment kept increasing. Makro checked and said I was “subscribed” to Blutech and gave me their number. I never subscribed. Blutech regularly sends SMSs asking me to click a link — I never clicked one and I do not take calls. My 9-year-old granddaughter sometimes uses the phone, and I lost the phone for several months, yet I never agreed to anything. When I finally contacted Blutech, they admitted on their system that *no voucher was ever used* (what would I do with a dress/tech voucher at 67?), but they refused a refund. I did *not* request vouchers, I do *not* use them, and I gave *no consent* for these deductions. This is an unauthorised charge on a pensioner’s account. I demand an *immediate full refund* of every debit taken since July 2025 and written confirmation that the “subscription” is cancelled.
