I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I have received regarding my NATIS document delivery. It has been extremely frustrating trying to contact the relevant division responsible for NATIS documents. The direct line simply rings without being answered, and when contacting the main customer care line, I am repeatedly transferred to the same unresponsive division. This lack of communication is unacceptable. Furthermore, my parcel was collected on 10 March 2026, and to date, I have not received it. This delay is concerning, particularly given the time-sensitive nature of vehicle registration documentation. As a result of this delay, I may incur penalty costs for late vehicle registration. Please clarify whether DSV will take responsibility for covering any such penalties caused by this delay. I request urgent assistance in locating my parcel and ensuring its prompt delivery.
