Title: Intercity Bus Company Ignoring Refund – Ticket STCUYVE I am बेहद frustrated with Intercity Bus Company’s failure to process my refund. I purchased a ticket for travel on 11 January 2026. I requested a refund in line with their policy. I have sent FOUR follow-up emails: * The first two were acknowledged with promises * The last two were completely ignored To date, no refund has been processed. This is unacceptable and a clear violation of the Consumer Protection Act. Customers cannot be treated like this after payment has been made. This matter has now been escalated to: * National Consumer Commission * Consumer Protector * Pending Small Claims Court action I expect immediate resolution and payment of my refund. #Intercity #ConsumerRights #SouthAfrica #CPA
