I am very disappointed with DSV’s service. On the 11th, I was told that my package would be delivered on Tuesday. I waited the whole day, but nothing was delivered. I then had to call again to follow up, only to be told that I must wait another two weeks. It is now the end of the month, and I am expected to pay for a package that I have not even received. I have been calling DSV every single day, but there have been no proper follow-ups from their side. I was also not given a tracking number at first, and now I am being told that my package is “locked in the system” and was never even placed out for delivery. It has now been over a week since the promised delivery date, and today is Wednesday, yet I am still being told to wait an additional two weeks. This level of service is unacceptable, and I am extremely frustrated.
