I have used The Courier Guy (Pudo Locker to Locker) many times in the past and have been happy. BUT, that is because there was no issue... NOW when there was a problem with my latest delivery I realised just how bad their support is. I sent a Whatsapp message when I could not get the locker to open and got no assistance. Then I sent an email the next day. The agent said they would get back to me - nothing. I sent another email the next day... and so on and so forth. It has been 6 days and they just never get back to me with a solution. The phone number 0861 203 203 is ALWAYS unavailable. So how do you actually get help from them??? My parcel is now missing, as I went back to the locker and it says the pin is incorrect and the message I got on Whatsapp to collect has expired.
