Textbook Traders unproffessionalism

I sold a book on their site last week Monday. They say you recieve your payment in 3 - 5 business days. I havent recieved any payment and no communication. They dont answer calls and emails. Its funny because when they called to arrange for collection, 2 different agents phoned to arrange for collection. This is so unproffessional. If they dont contact me soon im going to see what legal action I can take.
