Good day everyone Im very disappointed in the service received right throughout the month of March by momentum , my issues started on 02/03/26 when I attempted to submit a claim via WhatsApp but the chatbot was malfunctioning and when calling customer care more than 3 times I wasn't assisted ,till this day the chatbot isn't working nor responding to my texts, I eventually got through to an agent who sent me a link whereby I could apply alternatively which I did and my claim was submitted successfully on 06/03/2026. I was informed that my claim is at the tax stage and that once cleared the payment would be made till date nothing , when calling this morning I was advised the tax failed and that they need to send a email to the team responsible to clear and payment would be made which can take another 7-10 working days meaning I gad just wasted a whole two weeks waiting on a payment that was never processed and there was absolutely no communication from them, very disappointed in the service received
