Extremely disappointing service from DSV

Extremely disappointing service from DSV. An express parcel collection was never completed despite multiple assurances and follow-ups over nearly two weeks. There was a complete lack of communication, no sense of urgency, and no accountability from their team. Even after escalation, there was no meaningful response or effort to resolve the issue. This reflects a serious failure in both customer care and the ability to deliver even a basic service they advertise.
