Letters at the Courier it Durban branch really helped me, which is why my rating is as high as it is. He was professional, hands-on, and quick to assist. He assured me the driver would contact me, and they did. I had been waiting a long time for this service, and one phone call to him resolved everything after a a one week wait. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with letters. However, I do think the Newlands East branch needs a lot of improvement, as their disorganisation is quite noticeable.
