BAD SERVICE
I am so disappointed I have only received one sms advising me that they received my parcel and tracking number on the 9th March and on the 10th of march my parcel was Received In Branch Vereeniging 07 :19 . I called customer care after holding for 20 munites I was told I will get in on the 16th March today its the 18th I have not received my parcel or any update regarding my parcel . I try to call and the is nothing so wish this company can improve their service.
