Horrible experience. I had a waybill made for a clients product to be brought from KZN to JHB then the courier guy randomly picks a package and decides to write my waybill number i am unable to contact their client to let them know I have there so called customer service team is horrible at handling issues that their courriers cause . If only someone could help as I have someone's medical device
