From good service to incompetant service.

I joined Hyphen PDA in 2024 and the service was great but this is not the case anymore. It is a uphill battle getting a proper respense from them. They do not read your requests properly and could not care less or to many clients and not enough staff......I don't know....service has gone down the drain...
