I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Spitfire Furniture. On 5 November 2025, I purchased a couch from them with a promised delivery timeframe of 8–10 weeks. Today, 18 March 2026, I am still waiting — more than four months later — with no delivery and no clear resolution. Throughout this period, I have followed up multiple times and have repeatedly been given empty promises. Each time, I was assured that delivery was imminent, yet nothing has materialised. The lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable. In particular, dealing with their receptionist, Lydia, has been frustrating. I have received consistent assurances that have simply not been honoured, which reflects very poorly on the company’s customer service. This experience has been stressful and disappointing. I strongly caution others: think twice before purchasing from this company, as their delivery commitments and communication cannot be re**** upon.
