I am not happy with the inconsistent communication from RAM. I got an WhatsApp and an email yesterday in the morning that the parcel will be delivered by 5pm. However the driver got to the delivery address at 18:17. I intentionally used my work address as I know that I would be there till 5pm. I even waited few minutes. I also tracked my order on WhatsApp using their number around 17:00 and it was suddenly showing the delivery to be Thursday 19 March by 17:00 so I relaxed and went to my 18:00 appointment, to my surprise the driver arrived at 18:30 at my work place. I requested for a reattempt of the delivery and they gave me the date of the 20th of March I agreed to it. Guess what this morning (17th) I receive communication that the delivery will be made today by 5pm. It’s 17:10 and I am still waiting. This is not the first disappointment from RAM this year. The last one the driver made me wait at the address for 45min only to find that he is in the parking lot waiting for the rain to quite down (rain that had no sign of quietening down anytime soon). He didn’t care to let me know he is outside. It was a coincidence that I walked out in that rain as I gave up on the delivery that I saw him. Please communicate accurate times next time and please reschedule the delivery of my parcel.
