My experience with The Courier Guy has been nothing short of shocking. Not only has this company failed to resolve my issue after repeated follow-ups, but they have also failed to process a credit that is clearly due. Every interaction results in a different story, showing a complete lack of internal communication, accountability, and professionalism. Even more concerning is the fact that parcels appear to have been tampered with, yet The Courier Guy takes absolutely no responsibility. This is a serious breach of trust and raises major concerns about the safety and handling of customers’ goods. I have given them more than enough time to resolve this matter, but they have chosen to ignore it. As a result, I have closed two of my business accounts with them and will not be using their services again. I will be escalating this matter to the National Consumer Commission and will actively be warning other customers on social media about this experience. Businesses and individuals should avoid The Courier Guy at all costs. Their service is unreliable, their accountability is non-existent, and your parcels are clearly not safe in their hands.
