I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from PARGO. I dropped off a parcel at the CLICKS store in Upington on 9 March. Since then, I have made numerous follow‑up enquiries via email to determine the delivery status. Despite these efforts, I have now been informed that: The parcel has still not been delivered It is not ready for collection And most concerning, PARGO cannot provide any estimated delivery date Based on PARGO’s advertised service and information published by its retail partners, deliveries to PARGO collection points typically take 3–5 working days, even allowing for outlying areas. We are now well beyond this timeframe, with no clear communication, accountability, or resolution. The lack of proactive updates and the inability to provide even a basic delivery estimate has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. In light of the excessive delay and poor communication, I believe compensation is warranted. I am requesting: A refund of the delivery fee or An appropriate service credit or compensation for the inconvenience caused I am posting this review in the hope that PARGO will address this matter urgently, provide a definitive update on the parcel, and improve its communication and service levels going forward.
