Disrespectful Treatment at Vaalpark Store – Very Disappointing Experience
I purchased lentils from the store, only to get home and discover that they were contaminated with insects. Concerned, I returned to the store with my receipt expecting a simple and respectful resolution. Instead, I was met with unprofessional and dismissive behaviour from both management.

when I returned lentils with insects inside, management was called to assist. Unfortunately, the manner in which I was treated by the two managers, Sharon and Charmaine, was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
