Last year on the 11th of November I went to Thekwini Toyota dealership with my partner to check for a car for the business. We were approached a white guy called Pepe Dameco to offer his assistance. After showing us a few cars I was compelled and convinced to check if my business will qualify since its still only 2 years old (WHICH WAS LIE TO GET ME TO DO A PRE APPROVAL CHECK BECAUSE I WAS LATER TOLD ITS ONLY 18 MONTHS THATS NEEDED). He said I am provisionally approved but will need more docs which went on for like a week. Later i was told all the banks declined me except for 1 which would require R120,000 since I am only running for 2yrs. I never got a quotation or proof of anything, I was never asked about the terms of the deal i wanted like the number of years for payment, ballon payment and so on. Being a novice in the industry, I followed through on all his requests. So I requested for a black car but he said they dont have black in that model and then I said white with a black roof was fine, then he told me that i would have to pay for the wrapping of the roof and the wheels with my installment. After I had already paid the deposit, i realized there was too much push for me to come and sign which made me suspicious. To cut the long story short I seek advice from a professional friend.and another dealership who advised I request for my deposit back. ALL I WANT IS JUST MY DEPOSIT BACK.(R120,000) BUT PEPE AND HIS MANAGER BY THE NAME OF NEEL HAVE BEEN SO DISRESPECTFUL AND PLAYING ME UP AND DOWN BECAUSE I AM A YOUNG AFRICAN L
