I had my previous review removed after posting the names of my private banking “team”. I did receive a call from a completely different Investec member after my appalling experience with Investec that was the source of my negative review previously but I will say the call was extensive and I was able to voice my issues with this staff member. I can’t say I feel heard by the Investec team and I still believe they are not honest when promoting accessible banking as I was unable to receive help during working hours from the two members of my team. I feel that my first point of contact was not truthful to their seniors about how they managed my issues and I am speaking to other Investec clients and this particular “team’s” name has come up with at least three other Investec clients. I have left Investec and moved to another service provider as I am set on the fact that Investec does not prioritise service delivery and I do feel throughout this process of complaints that I was dismissed and also unheard.
