Avoid Mis & Leah Cape Town as well as Grace & Jess London at all costs
On 28 January 2026 I ordered a dress from Mia & Lea Cape Town. The advert for the dress noted that the garment was made from a woven fabric with a gathered detail on the front. Information in the advert stipulated that delivery was free by The Courier Guy. During the process of following up, I received communication from Grace & Jess London. On 13 March 2026 I received a dress from China, the dress is made from polyester knit fabric with no gathered detail on the front, which I had to collect and pay for at the Post Office. The amount I paid at the post office for both packages was R121.55. Full refund was promised, however this is also questionable.0 replies
