WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service from Oubaai Hotel Golf & Spa, particularly their finance department. For days now, I have been trying to obtain the necessary documentation from them so that we can register them on our system and process payment for a confirmed booking. This is a basic administrative requirement, yet it has been made unnecessarily difficult due to their complete lack of responsiveness. Calls to the finance department go unanswered. When you do manage to get through to someone else, they are either unable or unwilling to assist in any meaningful way. On one occasion, a staff member abruptly dropped the call while I was still speaking, which is not only unprofessional but outright disrespectful. This kind of service reflects very poorly on the organisation as a whole. Delays in financial communication directly impact business operations, and the apparent indifference shown by staff suggests a serious breakdown in internal processes and accountability. At this point, I cannot recommend this establishment from an administrative or professional standpoint.
