Very poor service and no response or client service. Ordered masks and received incorrect masks, returned it with driver and informed them of the error. Requested this to be rectified immediately. Feedback never received after numerous calls and Emails. Always get told it will be escalated but no feedback or resolution. Now requested a refund and again of course no feedback. Service is very poor! I am also in the Ppe industry, but this is shocking. I have no other choice than to open a case of theft/*****.
