If you wish get your packages DO NOT USE PUDO.co.za I had placed and order and the person that processed my order made use of PUDO. Needless to say I never received my order due to the fact that a wrong parcel was allocated to the bin that had open and I then took it back to a CourierGuy Kiosk, BUT I never received my package and the enquiry process was EXTREMELY Tedious and every time it is just said that it needs escalation and being investigated and after more than a month they finally paid a slap in the face and dismal reimbur*****t of R1000 which did not even cover 2/3 of my original costing. I am extremely disappointed in all aspects involved with PUDO/CourierGuy service and more specifically the customer service as I never got any feedback unless I had requested it myself and that includes Email, instore Kiosk Enquiries, email and online platform

Discovery Insure is not worth a single star rating. I bought a servergrade UPS that gave me standby power that easily withstood stage 6 loadshedding, but because of the spikes that also accompany the loadshedding my UPS got damaged. When I had put in a claim They dragged their feet to process the assessor report which by the way they are not willing to give to me after request. Then over and above that they closed the claim without my consent and then still having the audacity to state that I withdrew my claim which is not close to the truth. The UPS doesn't have the battery life it had two months ago where it smiled through the stage 6 loadshedding which included a straight 4hour block of no power, but bow you are I am lucky when I get 15-20min of standby time. My UPS got so damaged that it at once stage actually tripped my power numerous times, and then I removed it from my circuit for 2days and then powered it up again to do some futher diagnostics and then it hadnt tripped my power, but the batteries are severely impacted. I would like to also name the claims operator by name that is part of this lying thievery and not processing the claim - Lesego Rapoo Needless to say they didnt pay out the claim as request logged. I am all for proper assessment and findings, but the time to give feedback which was close to 3weeks and then to close the claim request and still having the audacity to claim that I withdrew my request is above me. This absolutely despicable and unprofessional service offered from someone that is there to specifically help in time need especially when one pays alot in premiums expecting service and in return getting this rubbish and slap in the face as return. Save yourself the money wasted and frustration and avoid Discovery Insure
I ordered a stylus for my tablet in Feb2022 and still have not received it even though the online tracking system says it has been delivered and neither do I get any further feedback from them after attempting to get feedback numerous times since.
