A good phone at a good price. It's long battery life and durability are it's main draw, with the size and weight being the only real downside. Would highly recommend.

Poor service and product.
Worst experience ever. As they offer quite unique rugged phones, I thought it be a good choice to purchase an Oukite. I purchased in August 2025. Within one month the phone started randomly rebooting. Lost all data...twice! Then it started to lose time..... And since the beginning I cant call any USSD numbers... The phone also randomly goes to 3G mode and I can't make calls.... Keep in mind I have done all to ensure the problem is not with my network... bought a new simcard... followed their prompts... nothing works Since January after being already fed up, I had to send the phone back 3 times... as the issues were not resolved... the last time after stating that I am boring a phone... they take ages to send it back.... After the third time it is sent back within 2 months... you'd think they would give you exceptional customer service and keep you updated.... nope....just email with a job card... I am extremely disappointed with their product and service.... and now im stuck with this phone..... I hope everyone does research before purchasing a Oukitel.

Oukitel Rugged Phones
In January I purchased the Oukitel WP56. It might seem bigger and heavuer than standard phones - and sure yes it is .. BUT It does EVERYTHING i require from my phone. I would buy it again. As this was not enough - I purchased the oukitel WP35 Pro 10 day ago simply to enjoy another device and it's features. Thank you for a Superb product !
