Offer product 2-3 days. Don't tell me out of stock. I find out when I try to determine expected delivery. Phone does not have acceptable volume with WhatsApp. I cannot hear ring or other person. Outikel wants me to supply them the phone. What do I use as a phone in the meantime?
The original telephonic connection was dreadful. I could hear the person speak, but what I heard was 100% unintelligible. Here they shone because while I had reached a rapid frustration, they called back with greatly improved sound. I find this process weird. Tears had a name for the dog (a ***** with a male name). The name at Virbac was Avery. Virbac worked out that number given to me by Tears was wrong, so 2, different dogs confused. The number I NOW have, ex Virbac, is correct.

I purchased a whiteboard from PNA. Did not, immediately attempt to mount it. I misplaced the purchase slip. When I tried to mount it, I had great difficulty in finding the correct positions for the *****s. After spending a lot of time, unsuccessfully, gave up and used the double-sided adhesive tape supp**** by Parrot. A few days later, the board fell off, the double-sided tape unsticking from THEIR product, not the surface I put it on. Parrot flatly refuse to deal with it as I cannot produce the PNA slip. PNA were not overly concerned and seemed unable to look for the card purchase. I found a purchase on my bank statement and submitted that to Parrot, who still refuse to accept responsibility. The BEST offer from Parrot is to replace the item. That is all very well, but, then I still have a bad product = no change. My opinion is that it is a Parrot product. It this their responsibility to fix it. PNA is merely an agent in the transaction, and not responsible for a bad product. Parrot are HAPPY to have been paid out of a 73 year old's savings, but unwilling to accept full responsibility for a bad product.
I selected and paid for an electronics cable + delivery. I am not getting feedback from Dealsdaily. I tried to find out what was happening with my order. Very odd. Dealsdaily does not recognise my email address, but I did manage to get an order number DS410307. Their own system is unable to identify or track that. I emailed them and got a response with a link to a webpage saying I could tarck with the order number (which it put n WITH my email address) or the tracking number, not supplied. Attempts to track with the order number elicit a nil response. The guy dealing with support has stopped communicating, at all. Another email, uncovered, is a non-functioning address. A telephone number uncovered is situate in Burundi and NOT South Africa, as the website suggests. I suspect that Dealsdaily is a scam!
Registered to buy online. Their website kept messing around, putting things into my "bag" not selected. Forgetting what I had selected. Forgetting who I was. Made it difficult to pay. Round and round. Short story. Mr Price got my money, but would not acknowledge the fact. Kept saying to wait 24 hours (then 24-48 hours). This is Friday. By Sunday my registration no longer existed. Spent 2 hours going round the treadmill Monday morning. PROMISED a result before end of day. At end of day, I had to contact, then it was wait till tomorrow. It is now 08h43 and nada. Mr Price has my money. I have nothing. Their "dream" is rubbish. They don't care! Complaint submitted to NCC iro CPA.
