A slightly distressed experience with an Oukitel WP35 Pro
<div>While the phone, a WP35, generally works well and appears rugged, I found that telephone speech is way too low and WhatsApp speech even more so. I had to get bone-conducter headphones to hold a conversation. I could not get Oukitel to deal with this problem so an stuck with it. Also, I was allowed 1 Android update. It refuses to update further. So 3 reasons why no 5th star.</div>2 replies

Offer product 2-3 days
Offer product 2-3 days. Don't tell me out of stock. I find out when I try to determine expected delivery. Phone does not have acceptable volume with WhatsApp. I cannot hear ring or other person. Outikel wants me to supply them the phone. What do I use as a phone in the meantime?2 replies

The confusion of wrong numbers (Tears fault)
The original telephonic connection was dreadful. I could hear the person speak, but what I heard was 100% unintelligible. Here they shone because while I had reached a rapid frustration, they called back with greatly improved sound. I find this process weird. Tears had a name for the dog (a ***** with a male name). The name at Virbac was Avery. Virbac worked out that number given to me by Tears was wrong, so 2, different dogs confused. The number I NOW have, ex Virbac, is correct.1 reply

Mr Price takes your money, loses your detail, couldn't be bothered to sort it out.
Registered to buy online. Their website kept messing around, putting things into my "bag" not selected. Forgetting what I had selected. Forgetting who I was. Made it difficult to pay. Round and round. Short story. Mr Price got my money, but would not acknowledge the fact. Kept saying to wait 24 hours (then 24-48 hours). This is Friday. By Sunday my registration no longer existed. Spent 2 hours going round the treadmill Monday morning. PROMISED a result before end of day. At end of day, I had to contact, then it was wait till tomorrow. It is now 08h43 and nada. Mr Price has my money. I have nothing. Their "dream" is rubbish. They don't care! Complaint submitted to NCC iro CPA.1 reply
