Mental health unattended patient

I'd like to lodge a complaint about the Mental health facility in Mapongwana. I'm a Mental Health Patient at Michael mapongwana clinic suffering from Bipolar disorder and depression. I had missed an appointment which was scheduled for the 1st of January 2026 I couldn't attend because I was out of Cape town for funeral. I then went to the clinic the week after my appointment date. I got the as early as 7 am .Those that missed the appointment date were separated from those who had the date.We told some hours later that it's full and those that have missed the appointment cannot be attended. Neither could we be given a new date we were just told to try a different day. To cut the story I have then went back about 5 times as early as 6:30 am to try my luck , but still I couldn't be assisted for same reason it was full. I last went to the clinic on the 24th March 2026.I'm out of medication and I'm behind with injection. I'm fearful of my mental health as it's at stake. All I'm asking for is to be attended and get my medication as I have had traumatic relapse experiences.
