I am quite disappointed with the service I have received from this from Platinum tiles(Boksburg 29 Michaelson Road, Weatwood) I purchased tiles and was informed at the time that stock was limited, but if I made an upfront payment, the remaining stock would arrive within one week. Based on this assurance, I proceeded with payment. It has now been over a month, and I still have not received the outstanding stock. Despite multiple follow-ups via phone, I am repeatedly told that the stock has not arrived, with no clear timeline or proactive communication. This situation has caused significant inconvenience, as I made this purchase with the expectation of completing my project within the timeframe provided. Additionally, after raising my concerns publicly on their page, I was unable to access the page again, which suggests that my complaint was removed or I was blocked instead of being assisted. At this stage, I am requesting urgent resolution: • Either confirmation of when the full order will be fulfilled, OR • A full refund of the outstanding amount If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it further through consumer protection channels. I would advise others to exercise caution when making upfront payments without confirmed stock availability.
