I bought electricity worth R100 on the 18/12/2025 via ABSA app, the purchase was unsuccessful but they deducted the money
I bought electricity worth R100 on the 18/12/2025 via ABSA app, the purchase was unsuccessful but they deducted the money. I called ABSA and they directed me to Blue Label Telecoms. They took my details and promised to get back to me but they didn’t. Today I bought R200 electricity from my ABSA app the purchase was unsuccessful but they deducted the money, I tried calling Blue Label Telecoms but my calls couldn’t get through0 replies
