On the 8th of January I add 2 x Crucial X9 2TB Portable SSD into my Amazon basket gor R3630 each. The next morning I call the supplier who is selling the same item for R4929 and speak to Ebrahim to ask them some technical questions. When he finally comes back to me on WhatsApp, I go back onto Amazon only to find that the items are no longer available at R3630 and that the seller, who is MicroWorldOnline, have inflated their price to R4739.Absolutely disgusting! So MicroWorldOnline were not happy that their product was R1299 cheaper at Amazon and on special until 23 Jan 2026 so they "removed" it from Amazon, hiked the price and then had it relisted back at Amazon! That's just being ************.

I ordered two items for a family member that they would need when they come out of hospital. Unfortunately they never survived and I requested a refund on the two items. The one item was refunded in full however the 2nd item was refunded in two parts due to a system error and on top of that i was short refunded with R90. Around the same time we placed these orders I also ordered 2x Brownie baking trays and after paying I found that Takealot had slipped me a R90.00 voucher. When I contacted Takealot....which is like finding a chicken with teeth, Zusiphe M assured me she would arrange a goodwill gesture for the miscommunication which I thought was great! Until...... Well instead of giving me a goodwill gesture Takealot took my own R90.00 that they short refunded me on my other order and gave that to me!!! Sies Takealot.........disgusting Shame on you Ag nee sies man!!!!!
Called on 05 and 06 August 2025 to cancel our Fibre as there us no other way to cancel! On 06 August I started the call at 11:27am and had to listen to music snd done **** about all our agents are busy! 40min in and I'm still on hold! MWEB is taking the ****
No Finance Cars brokered a RENT TO OWN vehicle deal with Mr Nigel Dirks who on 23 May 2025 at 16H47 negligently reversed a vehicle still belonging to NO FINANCE CARS registration KB 79 MR GP into our vehicle infront of Food *****s Market in Willowbridge Cape Town causing damage to our car after which Nigel Dirks rightfully claimed responsibility and said that he would have the damage to our vehicle sorted out from side and not to worry, it is a vehicle owned by a company! Our insurer tried in vain to make contact with Mr Dirks across all mediums as he rejected their efforts to contact him. Now Mr Dirks/NO FINANCE CARS Is avoiding their responsibility and after promising to repair our car are just showing no signs or intentions of doing so!
We won a mini valet from the car spar. Took our vehicle there. After reverse parking our vehicle to wait our turn their staff drove our vehicle into their wash bay. When it was time to move the vehicle their driver could not have correctly selected the reverse gear and after forcing the lever broke our selector. The owner wasn't interested or bothered but instead stalked my Facebook profile looking for a way to get out of taking responsibility! Despite Kirwan Bosch falsely insinuating instead of really checking the facts he refused to pay for the repairs and we now see that this is a common trend if one reads the Google reviews!
Kirwan Bosch the owner declined to pay for my vehicles repairs when one of his employees didn't know how to correctly select Reverse gear in our vehicle and broke our gearbox. Our feeling is that Kirwan Bosch eluded to and insinuated that we orchestrated this! Worst business acumen is our opinio , no empathy and seemingly no moral or ethical values is the opinion we're left with! Our perfectly working vehicle was carelessly damaged and no ownership or responsibility was taken by Kirwan Bosch of The Car Spar in Durbanville Cape Town.
I had a query for Dischem Willowbridge so after going to their website I choose the Whatsapp chat option and at 11:41 I send them a query. At 12:35 when I haven't had a response I decide to phone Dis-chem Willowbridge and after 7 minutes and 42 seconds of waiting Marshall who is the vitamins manager answers the phone after I had asked to speak to a manager. He then proceeds to tell me that they will respond to my Whatsapp sometime after 1pm because the Whatsapp staff are all on lunch! I request he please get somebody to to respond to my WhatsApp urgently and we together terminate the call. I then decide to call Dischem head office to make a complaint about my experience and after waiting for seven minutes for somebody to answer I have to terminate the call because there is nobody answering calls now that is very shoddy service from Dischem!
