Refunds and *****ulent activities

I opened an account in February for clothes to buy for my kids and the sales man at Maponya Mall mrprice and they gave me a sim card and they forced me to take the simcard as I did mention that I do not have a phone to use it on, said that they will load data that charges R99 monthly and amount will be within the amount to pay for my account on but the payment will be included in my account, to my surprise in February when I went to pay my first instalment as they Debited R149 and I went to Mr price they showed me my statement and the money they debited does not even show on their side, that's when I knew it's a ****, I then stopped debit and dispute on my Tyme Bank app with a fail as they made payment recurring and active it cannot be disputed as I been waiting for their responses they debited again this month as I'm still waiting for the refund I never authorised on the Tyme Bank app and Mr price,,,I don't understand why Tyme Bank app does not reverse the money and stop this madness of a recurring payments scheme 😡😡 I plan's for each and every cent I get and this they doing now is not on please assist
