I’m going to say this as a concerned and deeply disappointed parent because what I recently witnessed at Boston Centurion is completely unacceptable. From the moment I stepped into that building, I felt a sense of discomfort and frustration. The condition of the ceiling alone speaks volumes it is neglected, worn, and honestly embarrassing for an institution that expects parents to invest hard-earned money into their children’s education. Yes, the service from staff may be decent, but let’s be honest: a good attitude cannot cover up a poor environment. This is not what a place of learning should look or feel like. It is disheartening to think that students are expected to focus, grow, and feel inspired in a building that looks so rundown and uncared for. I genuinely felt sorry for both the learners and the staff because no one deserves to spend their days in such conditions. I even went upstairs to use the restroom and see more of the facility, hoping it might be better but it only confirmed my disappointment. The toilets, the sitting areas, the overall state of the space it does not reflect a safe, clean, or motivating academic environment. It feels neglected, and that is deeply concerning. As parents, we sacrifice a lot to ensure our children receive quality education. Paying school fees is not just about academics it is also about providing a safe, dignified, and inspiring environment even if its a support center. Right now, that standard is not being met. Management needs to take responsibility urgently. Renovations, maintenance, and upgrades are not optional; they are necessary. This situation cannot continue. Our children deserve better so does the the staff or anyone that walks into that building. They deserve a campus/center they can be proud of, a space that supports their growth not one that discourages them the moment they walk in. I am not just disappointed I am honestly angry. And I believe any parent who walks into that building right now would feel exactly the same.
