Green Motion Car Rental (Kenings)

Cape Town International Airport - Excellent
I rented a car from Green Motion from 6 March to 13 March, collecting and returning the vehicle at Cape Town International Airport. The booking was made via Booking.com, and one of the main advantages was the lower rental price compared to other options, although this did come with a higher deposit requirement of R9,400. I had booked a six-seater, and the pickup process was straightforward and efficient. During collection, I was offered additional cover options for the windscreen and tyres, which I chose to decline. There was no pressure or hassle around this, which I appreciated. I was informed that the deposit refund timeline could take between 7 and 31 business days, and I received my full deposit back on 10 April, which was approximately 19 business days after returning the vehicle, well within the stated timeframe. The only negative aspect of my experience was the limited communication via email. Improved communication would have made an already good experience an exceptional one. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and would consider using Green Motion again.
