I went to Empire Autotek Bosch Car Services to do my CVS. What an amazing experience. I dealt with a woman called NAOMI, she was at the front desk, as a receptionist. From when I stepped in till we got the car and stepped out she was hands on. She is friendly, caring and goes way out her way to feel you as if you are the only client. I have never met someone so caring about their work ethics and the way she handles her clients. She is an asset to any company and I would recommend anyone to take your car there and feel the same experience I felt. It was unbelievable. Kudos to her boss that appointed her, best decision ever. You made a choice that is incomparable. If she ever leaves the company and look for other work let her show you this review. She is experienced and extraordinary. PS to her boss, she definitely deserves a raise, if it was not for her I would not have come back, but don't worry you'll see me in 3 weeks due to the BEST SERVICE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Wr are still experiencing problems with our account, especially with our e mail addresses. I do not understand why is case closed if our query is not resolved?
Someone is using my husband's phone number, I have sent several messages and Vodacom account and Rica info from Vodacom stating the cell number belongs to my husband, still no response or help, I need my husband's cell number back to register him to play Betway, no one wants to help or support us it is for Deon Joubert Cell Number 082 453 0319
Please don't ever buy a used car from Motus Select Centurion.. I have been dealing with a sales man called Leandro Opperman and his senior sales Manager with the name Mohammed. I have been struggling since I bought the car with the seat belt cover and the sensor that is permanently screaming, they were supposed to send a new cover and sensor to Richardsbay since I moved to St Lucia. When sending the first part it was incorrect, when the workshop manager spoke to them from Richardsbay telling them it is not the right part, they said they will send one it has been months now and nothing has happened. The car is still making a noise if you are driving, Leandro keeps ignoring my WhatsApp messages and his boss Mohammed keeps on ignoring my husband's calls made to Motus Select Centurion. If I ever have to give anyone advice living or staying in Centurion, stay away from buying any car from Motus Select, they are quick to take money but there is no after sales service and this was reported to them as soon as the problem started. Then while I am at it they bumped my car in their workshop as explained by Leandro to us, before collecting my car after payment was already done they said they need to fix the car first, then I took the car to a RMI approved dealership, got an report and nothing has been done, Mohammed and my husband fought over the phone with him being arrogant thinking he owns the place, treating people like garbage afterwards. They don't care about their clientele at all, they Leandro and Muhammed only cares about their sales so they can have their pound of fish at the end of the month. My worst experience ever receiverld was from them, I will never support them again, and I ask your support to not do the same mistake I did. Be aware, you do not get what you paid for. I will definitely not be leaving it here and I do hope their bosses see this from the car industry and that there is repercussions.. I would rather work with people that have ethics than with people that has none. I hope this reaches a lot of people so that they think before they buy and loose money. All because of 2 employees the whole company is getting a bad name. I would have think twice before appointing them if it was my business.
Beginning of February MasterCare came and fetch my Candy washing machine at home. It is almost a month later and each day they have different stories when I phone them... They can't give me a ETA and now I have to use a wishy washy to get my clothes clean and it costs a lot.. Spent almost R2000.They are not very helpful.. I really can't understand why it is taking so long nor phone me to keep me updated... I really would not recommend MasterCare for using their services. As there is none.
We have two different households which are with cool ideas. We applied since beginning of May 2020. On the first application for the first house there is NO INTERNET. It had only worked a few days and then no internet at all. At the second house there is internet but the line is only 1Mbps download speed and 0.5 Mbps upload instead of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload as advertised and promised. I would advise to use any other service provided that makes guarantees on service and is reliable. I would not recommend them at all. There is the same services provided from other internet providers at lower cost as well. Please ensure you do your homework before choosing wisely. They speak about how they want to handle a query in a professional manner. But their work ethics are up to nothing. I still stand to what I said this is total BS. You have to pay up front for a service which is R599 per month and they put the phone down in your ear while holding the line. They have all the information on the system but they fail to call back. As long as they get their money they don't care about their service the rendering and the customer is just another income for them. They don't look after their clients need and there is definitely no service. Please be aware. Never ever have I had this problem with my first service providers which is Neotel or Metro Fibre. Please be vigilent and aware. This may cost you more on the long run. If you ever make it to second month. Which in my case I doubt it. ALL IS PROMISED AND NOTHING IS GUARENTEED. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!
