Defy Top loder Washing Machine

Today my complain is making 41 days without any assistance or clarification from Russell’s @ Tsakane Mall that very wonderful from you guys.

Russell’s Tsakane Mall Poor Customer Service .

I made a complaint of a washing machine top loader “Defy”on March 2026 when the month begins in Tsakane Mall.The sales person name is Vusi whom I bought from..I haven’t heard any feedback from him or the store manager or a supplier. I called them many times trying to identify the problem but it 1 story every time from Vusi or manager. So what I don’t understand is why they are lying to me and say they have forwarded my complain . The machine is still on Guarantee I did send pictures and slip to Vusi and proof of payment. I stated the urgency of this complain . I am out of patience now guys . Please come and take your item because I can bring it to your shop.
