I received a phone call from woollies offering me with a credit card, I was told by the agent that I needed to collect the credit cared in order for them to activate it and start charging interest. I never collected the card because I am still waiting for my new id now I receive an email from them saying I owe them R200 for what if the card was not even collected from the shop? I phoned them this morning and they told me that the card was activated even though I did not activate it and that was not the agreement with the agent when I spoke to her on the phone please help me because I believe that woollies is ripping off people
I walked into this store and got these shoes. I recon the shoes are good and i am told by the consultant if leave the store with these shoes I will not be able to exchange, or be refunded. I fit the shoes after the payment was made and to my surprise the shoes are big I am still at the shop as I was told if I leave the store I cannot return. I asked for the shoes to be exchanged seeing that they don't fit and I am in the store. To my surprise I am told I cannot be given an opportunity to exchange though I have not stepped out of the store. Is this by law fair on me as the consumer? what am i going to do with big shoes that costed me R200? can you pleaaasssse help me.
I would like to report the horrible service I have received from mtn at the century city mall. My phone went on repairs last week the 16th of march and I was promised that it will take 7 working days to fix the phone. Its now the 10th day and every time I go to the branch to find out what the delay is I am told different stories by every one. I am still expected to pay my full installment at the end of the month though I was not in possession of a phone for 10 working days including weekend. I really do not know what to do with the matter and its such an incovenience for me to go in the malls as I need to pay R10 for parking regardless of what time I leave the mall. please help me. i have enclosed below my interim number which is 083 942 3955 but my contract number is 083 373 5284. kindest regards
