The slowest way to rent a car- Avis
They should just say the slowest way to rent a car in their advert. I have been waiting for an hour to have a car delivered after I phoned them 10 minutes before the agreed time. They keep saying the driver is on the way, I wondered if they are still manufacturing the car.

Builders warehouse and vodapay app.
I bought some items online via the vodapay app. One item was delivered with damages on Tuesday the 4th of Jan. I immediately phoned the builders customer contact center and reported the damaged item and spoke to Anastasia Lotriet who said she will escalate the matter and someone will contact me in 24hrs, I phoned again on Thursday and was told that the matter was escalated and someone will call me. I then send an email on Friday and received an automated acknowledgement. I send a tweet to both Builders and vodapay on Saturday. Vodapay contact me and requested prove that I paid for the transaction and they later said that it was not their problem and said they will put me in touch Builders. I received a call from Builders on Saturday and again the lady said that the matter was escalated and she will not escalate it again and someone will contact me.

Standard Bank is refusing to cancel my insurance despite the fact I have signed for a new insurance and settled my home loan.
Standard Bank insurance is refusing to cancel my home owners insurance. I have settled my loan and also got a new insurance with Hollard . It has been weeks that I have sent them all sorts of documents from my new insurer and they just keep disregarding them as not been good enough for the might standard Bank. What I do not understand is that i do not owe Standard anything since I have settled my home loan and I don't understand the reason why they are concerned about me having an insurance or not. Regards

MNT Refuse to Replace a phone with factory Fault
I bought a L70 Cell phone from MTN Kolonnade on 29/03/15 ,when making calls on the same day , the phone had some audio problems.I took the phone back to MTN on 31/03/2015 and Venessa said that i should keep the phone for 7 days and then bring it in for repairs, they can't give me a new phone because it will have some financial implications for the store and her.When i insisted that i can't keep the phone she went &
