**Subject: Extremely Disappointing Service and Ongoing Quality Issues** We have consistently supported Cielo and have spent a considerable amount with the company. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing, and the level of service is unacceptable. From the point of delivery onwards, we have experienced ongoing defects across multiple items, including damaged furniture, poor workmanship, mismatched components, and unsuccessful replacements. Even replacement items have arrived defective, forcing us to request refunds and repeatedly engage with aftersales. Most concerning is the recurring pattern. Following our complaints, a replacement L-shaped leather couch still required us to mix and match components to achieve a reasonable colour match, with one unit remaining misaligned. Our dining table, once finally delivered, has mismatched bases and remains unresolved. In addition, the swivel armchairs arrived damaged, with visible finishing defects, broken parts, and grooves on the armrests. Despite our continued support, issues persist with every order. At this stage, two rooms in our home are inaccessible due to defective furniture awaiting collection and replacement. We request urgent intervention from senior management, along with clear assurance of improved quality control. The time, effort, and inconvenience caused have been excessive.
