Zulberg Property Management cut off my electricity last night. They had no cause or legal right to do so. Despite numerous requests throughout the day they have not restored it. 1-I am not a tenant and do not own a property in one of their managed portfolios. 2-I'm not contracted to them in any capacity whatsoever. 3-I don't owe them money for any services either past or present. 4-Their conduct is contrary to legislation relating to property rentals. 5-Despite being made aware of all the above they have with impunity not restored my electricity. I have paid rent, purchased prepaid electricity and neither owe City Power, nor the owner or Zulberg any electricity or other outstanding charges. I am a pensioner of seventy. This is unfair and has caused me distress, extra cost and discomfort. I have done nothing wrong. Yet this is the second day I have had no electricity.
