When I collected the car I very diligently checked the car and marked allot of damage on their check sheet. There was allot of damage to the undercarriage on the left side of the car which we marked. Then when I returned the car i was accused of Damaging the car. The main thing they pointed out was a black plastic mud screen underneath the hood close to the left front wheel. This is exactly where the damage was when I collected the car. Then they went further and accused me of some black plastic cover under the car that is supposedly not there anymore. I asked them to show me this panel on another(same model) car they have. They then took me to that car and it also had no cover because it never came out with that cover. So falsely accused. I will never recommend Bluu Car Rental to anyone because they treat their customers as ********s whereas they are the true ********s who exploit people at every oppertunity.
