Bad services especially today our bus didn't have windows to open for fresh air, and driver didn't even bother to turn on the aircon.. We arrived at Harrismith then we were stopped by other passengers who needed space on the bus, but the bus was full so we had to arrive latest around 16:30 at bara instead we arrived 18:10.. Please fix the way you operate it's unprofessional
