Good day kindly assist with toomuch wifi. It has been two weeks without connection. They promised that their technicians will come on the 27/04/2026 I must stay at home, mind you it was a public holiday. I waited until 16:00 then decided to call their customer service. I was inform that I must wait until 20:00 they are still coming. After that the was no communication until I contacted them stating my frustrations and waste of my day. As I am writing this, they haven't come and I have pay for this month. What to do when I feel ignored for a service that I am paying for.
