I am disappointed with the delivery service I received today from the driver, Teboho. He informed me at 17:14 that he was completing his last two deliveries, but it is now 19:08 and there has been no update or communication since then. I have tried calling multiple times, but the calls go straight to voicemail and I cannot reach him. A simple update or honest communication would have been appreciated instead of leaving customers uncertain about their delivery. I hope DHL improves communication and reliability with deliveries in future.
